This is a tip am sharing for MTN BB users, if you are experiencing network probs in ur area i.e ur BIS netwrk is in the small letter (edge), due to bad network from MTN themselves cos i am xperiencing same probs for 2days now alongside many people in my location, heres how to receive ur pings, browse and do other BIS related things pending when network will be restored!
STEP
If you have a Wifi network in your area, just ON it and connect to the wifi and your BIS will be active again even if your mobile network is OFF! Pls note you must have a BIS active or else it wouldnt work!
