Fix TaiG 2.0 Jailbreak Issues
Some of you might have noticed when jailbreaking with TaiG 2.0 that it can get stuck at 20% with error 1101 during the jailbreak process. Apparently this is due to the latest version of iTunes that might be installed on your computer and is not compatible with TaiG. If you are in the same stuck at 20% boat, follow this guid. This issue should be fixed and your jailbreak should be successful.
How to fix error 1101?
  1. Uninstall iTunes 12.1.2 from your computer. To do this, navigate to Control Panel > Uninstall a program. Select iTunes and all of its related components and uninstall it.
  2. Now check to see which version of Windows are you running by navigating to Control Panel > System and Security > System.
  3. If it’s 32-bit, download 32-bit iTunes 12.0.1 from here. You can get 64-bit version of iTunes 12.0.1 from here.
  4. Once you have installed the older version of iTunes, simply download TaiG 2.0 from the link below.
  5. Now go here and follow the steps to Jailbreak your iDevice.
How to fix error 1102 (Stuck at 20%)?
  1. Turn on AirPlane Mode.
  2. Also ensure that Touch ID and Passcode are turned off via Settings > Touch ID & Passcode.
How to fix error 1103?
  1. This error indicates that the jailbreak tool you downloaded might have some corrupted files. Just try re-downloading TaiG 2.0 and run the jailbreak process again.
How to fix error 1104 (Stuck at 30% or 40%)?
  1. Try using a different USB port on your computer to fix this issue.
  2. If the issue still persists, just try running the jailbreak on a different Windows computer.
How to fix error 1105 (Stuck at 50%)?
  1. Disable all security programs on your computer and try re-jailbreaking the device. After the jailbreak completes, you can enable the program.
  2. Also verify that Find My iPhone feature is turned off via Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone
How to fix Injecting (Stuck at 60%)?
  1. As the first step, you can try rebooting both your iOS device and Windows computer.
  2. Then try launching TaiG in Administrator mode: Right-click on TaiG’s (.exe) file and then click ‘Run as administrator’. Finally, try re-jailbreaking your device and it should work.
  3. If the issue still persists, just perform a fresh restore of your device on iOS 8.3 and check if that fixes it. You can download the necessary iOS 8.3 firmware for your device by going here.
How to fix error when installing iTunes 12.0.1 in Virtual Machine?
  1. If Windows is installed as Virtual Machine in Parallels on OS X, then you might encounter an error when installing iTunes 12.0.1.
  2. This issue can easily be fixed by reinstalling the Parallels Tools and then reinstalling iTunes 12.0.1.

  1. Just run Cydia and wait until it is fully loaded, and the issue should get fixed.
